of eligible trained-graduate / trained post-graduate Teachers for promotion as
Incharge Masters / Head-Teachers.

Whereas, 1500 eligible trained-graduate/trained post-graduate Teachers were
placed as Incharge Masters/Head-Teachers in their own pay and grade as a stop
gap arrangement, pending ratification of the DPC and verification of service
bio-data and other eligibility as required for such placement by the Chief
Education Officer/Drawing and Disbursing Officer vide this office Order
No.928-DSEK of 2013 Dated 30/03/2013;
Whereas, the Chief Education
Officer,/Drawing and Disbursing Officer concerned were impressed upon to give
wide publicity to the placement order for inviting objections which was
scheduled to reach this Office in a consolidated manner within 15-days
from the date of placement order;
Whereas, after expiry of the given time
for receiving objections, some Chief Educations Officers failed to furnish the
consolidated objections within the stipulated time and accordingly a circular
instructions were issued to all Chief Education Officers to furnish objections
if received by them in a consolidated manner with the requisite
documents/certificates for the same vide this Office No.
Estt-III/NG/Prom/2013/86-100 Dated 17/04/2013;
Whereas, all the Chief Education
officers furnished the objections with regard to correction/insertion of
particulars and inclusions in the
placement order on the same day viz 06/05/2013;
Whereas, on examination of these
objections furnished by the concerned Chief Education Officers in a
consolidated manner it has been observed that the particulars of some officials
who have been included in the placement order and needs to be corrected besides
deletion of 34 officials and
furnishing of documents in respect of 03-officials
including in the placement order as detailed below:-

Now, therefore, consequent upon their
placement as Incharge Masters/Head-Teachers issued under Order No. 928-DSEK of
2013 Dated 30/03/2013, adjustment in the
Districts in respect of 1338 (one thousand three hundred and thirty
eight) officials appearing in the said placement order, is hereby
ordered as indicated against each in the
annexure to this order, subject to the fulfillment of all conditions as laid
down in the placement order by the concerned Chief Education Officer/Drawing
and Disbursing Officer.
The concerned Chief Education
Officer/Drawing and Disbursing Officers shall relieve the officials to the
assigned Districts within 05-days
after ensuring that the conditions as laid down in the placement order Dated
30/03/2013 are fulfilled in toto failing which their placement in his/her
favour shall be treated as cancelled abintio and the Department will be at
liberty to fill up the vacancies from eligible officials.
The concerned Chief Education Officers
shall issue formal adjustment orders in respect of eligible officials against
available slots without involving any transfer only after seeking concurrence
from this Directorate within the stipulated time period.
