Subject:- Deputation of inservice Teachers (untrained graduate/post graduate) for B.Ed. Regular correspondence course during the Session 2011-12

Notification

 

The inservice un-trained graduate/ post graduate Teachers of the School Education Department, whose appointment as Teacher dates back  upto 31/12/2001 for open category and 31/12/2008 for reserved categories and who may be desirous to go for B.Ed. (regular) at the College of Education, Srinagar, during the Session 2011 are hereby informed to deposit their service particulars (supported by the requisite certificates ) with the  respective Chief Education Officers by or before 30/11/2010 on the enclosed format.

 

Likewise, the non-B.Ed. Lecturers and Teachers with a minimum of  three years service in the Department, as on 01/01/2011, who want to seek admission to  B.Ed. by distance / correspondence mode through the Department of Distance Education, University of Kashmir shall also furnish their service particulars (accompanied by requisite certificates) to the concerned Chief Education Officer upto 30/11/2010 on the same (enclosed) format.

5.       Chief Education Officer, ___________________(All).  The lists of applicants  for regular and correspondence B.Ed. Course alongwith the forms duly authenticated  should be furnished by 10/12/2010 separately in order of seniority in one go, after verification of genuine appointment and service bio-data in original.  It may be worthwhile to mention that seniority may be determined in terms of Rule 24 of CC& A. Rules  and not on the basis of mere length of service. For instance the non-teaching/inferior service rendered (other than teaching) shall not count for seniority.  Moreover the appointment of Teachers should be upto 31/12/2002 for open and 31/12/2008 for reserved categories. In case of Ex FAT’s, Migrant substitutes and ReTs ,the date of their appointment may be treated from the   date of their regularization as Teacher.
